Luckily indigestion is reversible, and creating a robust digestive system will prevent any further disease.
The first things you could do to solve your indigestion are the following:
- Don’t eat raw or (ice) cold foods
- Sit down when you eat, chew thoroughly, and do not overeat.
- Spice your food with spices like turmeric, ginger, mustard seeds, coriander, cumin, etc.
- Don’t eat processed foods, refined sugars, or food that has been frozen
- Eat freshly prepared seasonal foods
- When you feel overwhelmed by emotions, stop what you are doing, breathe, and let it pass.
- Start a meditation practice to release suppressed emotions.
