Where I take you to my favourite farm and into my private kitchen, I'll show you how to make a 60/40 augmenting/extractive bowl, the techniques, ingredients (grains, proteins, vegetables, oils, spices), and the amounts per person.
Augmenting & Extractive Food Lists
Augmenting and extractive are two food groups and combined in the correct way will make your meal balanced. Having these lists, in the beginning, is very handy.
