A Dutch girl who has been wandering the world for 25 years and vegan for more than eight; however not too long ago I was a full-time athlete.
After 6+ years of full-time training (2-3 times a day) my body was tired.
I started looking for ways to replenish it. I came across precision nutrition. After following their course, I got some direction on how to create a
proper diet for all kinds of people incl athletes.
I still wasn't convinced, so I kept searching.
I then came across Ayurveda an Indian
philosophy and medicine. After falling in love with it, I took the course.
I soon realized it was all so much bigger than I could learn in a course. So I decided to as always do it my way. Learning through experience and
sometimes through the hard way I can now say I found a right combination between being vegan, Ayurveda and combination diet. A whole lifestyle changer.
