atlete] for 25 years, eight of which as a vegan. Not too long ago I was a full-time athlete, but after over six years of full-time training (2-3 times a day) my body was tired.
Searching for ways to recharge my battery, I came across precision nutrition. I took a course and got some directions on how to create a proper diet
for all kinds of people, athletes included.
I still wasn't convinced, however, so I kept searching.
Next I came across Ayurveda, an Indian philosophy and medicine. After falling in love with it, I took the course.
I soon realized it was all far too big to be comprehended in a single course. So I decided to do it my way: by learning through experience –
sometimes the hard way. I can now say I found a right combination of being vegan, Ayurveda and a combination diet. A whole lifestyle changer.
