Are you one of those people that just keep going, you don’t stop, and you hardly ever say “no” to anything. Than it might be time to learn to listen to your senses.
A good place to start
Ask yourself twice a day:
- What has my day been like so far?
- How does my body feel right now?
- Have I said "yes" to anything that I actually wanted to say "no" to (food cravings, helping other people, exercising while you are already too tired, etc..)
- What emotions are passing through at the moment?
When you make the unconscious conscious, you will inevitably change your decisions. This doesn't mean you have to meditate for hours a day of move into a quiet forest you just have to start
listening to your mind and body one step at a time!
